With just a little information about your assembly situation and the profile seal, we can explain the possibilities and advantages of using our Multiformer®:
- a pictorial representation of the assembly area
- profile cross-section as image or drawing
- dimensions of the sheet metal flange thicknesses (from/to in mm)
The more precise this information or sample parts are, the better we are able to make a statement about the feasibility of roll forming.
The economic efficiency of roll forming is maximized by the precise coordination of vehicle body, profile seal and assembly device.
We need information and materials to carry out practical tests, including roll-on tests and pull-off force measurements:
- sample parts of the profile seal
- body parts or drawings of the assembly area or:
3D (CAD) data from the assembly situation
Based on these investigations, we know the expected equipment for your assembly situation and will be happy to send you a quotation.

To ensure the ideal or continued use of the Multiformer®, including for follow-up projects, extensive, empirical assembly tests are carried out in our company.
We have our own testing equipment and measuring machines for this purpose.
We implement modifications and new designs in our own production facilities within a short space of time. All steps are documented in a traceable manner.
Finally, you receive a technical data sheet with all the relevant information for your Multiformer®.
This ensures that you always get the optimum result for your vehicle.
Certain minor changes to the profile seal or the vehicle body can be compensated for by the design of the Multiformer®. Above a certain level, changes have an effect on the adjustment/adaptation of the device to the assembly situation and thus also on the rolling behavior and the assembly result.

Once the individual adjustment task has been completed, we will be happy to provide you with a Multiformer®. You can test this directly on the assembly line for a period of 4 weeks.
We are also happy to support you on site if required.
