As a registered user, you will find a selection guide for requests in the customer area and can fill a "watch list" in various ways:
- All standard individual and spare parts can be selected via the direct entry (search) for general items.
- All customer-specific components and materials intended for your Multiformer® are listed under Your articles.
- These can be selected under Accessories & tools
After finalizing the request, a request is generated from your watch list, which you send to us. We will then send you a quotation for the selected items.
The instruction manual describes the basic features and operation of the device. This enables maximum benefit to be gained from working with the Multiformer®.
The instruction manual is intended for users of the Multiformer® on the assembly line and for operational maintenance and is included with every Multiformer® delivery.
It is available in paper form in DIN A4 and DIN A5 formats and as a USB stick in currently 8 languages as pdf files and contains over 119 pages of information with images, including the parts lists of all individual parts and assemblies in the appendix.
Standard parts
For a better overview, all individual parts and assemblies are shown in the manual with exploded views. Some examples are shown on the right side:
These illustrations allow you to quickly locate all the required parts and determine their order numbers. Most of the Multiformer® individual parts are labeled; these "MF" designations are also the order numbers. In addition, these Multiformer® standard parts are displayed in various parts lists for selection.
The exploded views also help to disassemble the Multiformer® into its individual parts and then reassemble it. All necessary information such as directions of rotation, torques, tools and aids are also listed.
Customized spare parts
Each Multiformer® is configured, manufactured and delivered to suit your requirements.
As documentation, you will receive a technical data sheet containing all relevant information about the Multiformer® manufactured for your assembly situation.
All customized spare parts required for this are documented with a parts list. This means that you can obtain exactly these spare parts from us even years later.
The order number for standard parts and customer-specific spare parts begins with "MF01-". Order numbers ending in XXXX indicate customized spare parts.
Special tools
We offer specially developed tools for the Multiformer® that make it much easier for your maintenance team to service the Multiformer® and replace wearing parts.
These special tools are represented by a symbol in the exploded views.
The "MF99-" label on this symbol is the order number for the corresponding tool.

These special tools are listed in the parts list for accessories.
Tools, operating materials and aids
We can supply you with all the tools and materials you need to operate, check, modify or repair the Multiformer®.
Whether gear lubricant or compressed air oil, hexagon socket wrenches or torque wrenches, screw locking or protective jaws for the vise: we are happy to offer you all these materials.
These items are listed in our parts list for accessories.
Inspection, maintenance & repair
To ensure that the Multiformer® achieves consistent assembly results for a long time, it should be inspected and serviced at the specified intervals.
We are happy to carry out this service quickly and flexibly for you.
The first preventive maintenance, after six months of operation, is carried out by us free of charge and on our premises; you as the customer only bear the shipping costs.
High parts availability thanks to our own warehousing
Required parts are dispatched to you directly from our spare parts warehouse immediately after receipt of your order.
What distance does the Multiformer® cover until the first maintenance?
Assumptions:
- 1 profile seal has a length of 4 m.
- On one vehicle, 2 seals are used for one side of the vehicle, which are mounted by 1 Multiformer®.
- 1200 vehicles are assembled per day in 3 shifts.
- Within 6 months, vehicles are produced on 160 days.
This results in a distance of 1,536,000 m covered or mounted by the Multiformer® within 6 months. However, most Multiformers® are only sent to us for their first maintenance after 12 months.
In the course of technical progress and further development, improvements and the replacement of individual components are obligatory and are taken into account free of charge for our customers during device maintenance and repairs.
We are happy to carry out the maintenance service for your Multiformer®.

Guarantee
The quality of the Multiformer® is convincing.
We therefore grant a 24-months guarantee for the device.
Provided that:
The Multiformer® is operated with clean and lubricated compressed air during use.
(Requirement for compressed air motors:
The compressed air has an operating pressure of between 6.3 and 7.0 bar.
The devices are serviced by us at 1/2 yearly intervals.)
Excluded from this guarantee are wearing parts and damage caused by improper handling.
Distribution
The Multiformer® is distributed by us directly or through trading partners in many countries around the world and delivered to you by parcel services and freight forwarders.
